When visiting your home, we will typically schedule 2 visits/day, at roughly 12-hour intervals.  Each visit is usually up to 30 minutes, depending on how many pets and the tasks required.  We will agree on a routine for your household before you go. When we are providing care in your home, the purpose of the service is for you to be able to enjoy your trip knowing all is well at home.

We love ALL dogs, but have a great big space in our hearts for great big dogs! Before keeping a dog in our home, for their own safety, we would like to know as much of their history as we can; are they escape artists, have they had aggressive encounters, what are the behaviors that concern the owners?  Seemingly insignificant details can surface in a new environment.  Knowing as much of their history as we can, we can better work with the owners to identify triggers and to modify potentially troublesome behavior, for their everyone's safety and comfort. 

All of that being said, we have experience with senior, disabled, ill, young and old, and nothing is unexpected; Concerns at home may not present here, and behaviors never displayed before may present during their stay with us.

Our client list doesn’t stop with canines! We have space set aside and catered to feline guests, as well as small caged pets.
